My first cat Maine Coon - it is Alcora – we have bouht her in 1999 . We didn't think about breeding cats, but in 2001 we have got our first litter and from this moment we have started our first plan to have cattery of Maine Coon cats.
The Wiki Black*PL Maine Coon cattery was created in 2001. My cats live and play with us, run freely round the house and sleep wherever they feel comfortable. It is typical of this breed that the cats choose the place to sleep themselves. It is sometimes surprising and amusing to find such a big cat sleeping on a bookshelf between books or squeezed in some other cramped place, or blocking the everyone's way by spreading across the floor. My cattery is a very quiet and peaceful place where everyone feels needed and tries to be helpful. We should remember that the owner of a cat should be a tolerant, intelligent, empathizing person who senses and understands a cat's needs. Then the cat will become their best friend and will repay their commitment.
